2017-18 Funding Applications Now Available!
Applications to join or to remain in the partner network of the United Way of the Lewis and Clark Area are now available. These applications are for funds raised during the 2017 Fall Giving Campaign. All applications are due via email in Word or PDF format by 4:00 p.m. (MST) on Wednesday, March 1, 2017. Available applications include:
- Existing Partner: Certified Agency and Donor-Designated Funds Only: For existing partners that only want to be eligible for donor-designated funds. This application is shorter but is still rigorous.
- Existing Partner: Community Impact Fund: For existing partners that wish to be eligible for community impact fund dollars, one-time and emergency grants. This application is longer and more involved.
- New Partner: For organizations interested in joining the United Way partner network. Organizations welcomed into the partner network will not be eligible for community-impact funding until the 2018-19 campaign year but will be eligible for donor-choice funding in the 2017-28 campaign year (as well as other partner benefits).
Eligible applicants include 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations in good standing with the IRS that have established oversight boards. Entities must operate programs and/or deliver services in Lewis and Clark, Jefferson, and Broadwater counties. Organizational activities must align with the UWLCA mission and focus areas of education, health, prosperity, and basic needs.
